Learn how to use TrustFactor effectively to report suspected cheaters and search the community database.
How to Submit a Report
Reporting a suspected cheater is simple but requires following specific guidelines to maintain database quality.
1Player Information
- • Steam Profile URL: The player's Steam profile link (required)
- • Player Name: Their current display name (automatically filled if possible)
- • Steam ID: Will be extracted from the profile URL automatically
2Required Comment
Comments are mandatory for all reports
Your comment should include:
- • Type of cheating observed: Wallhack, aimbot, spinbot, etc.
- • Match details: Map, approximate time, game mode
- • Specific behaviors: What made you suspicious
- • Duration: How long you observed the behavior
Good Example:
"Obvious wallhack on Mirage. Player was pre-aiming corners with no info, tracking enemies through walls, and had impossible game sense. Observed for entire first half (15 rounds). Also suspicious flick shots that looked like soft aimbot."
3Video Evidence (Optional)
Only YouTube links are accepted
- • YouTube only: We only accept youtube.com or youtu.be links
- • Public videos: Ensure your video is not private or unlisted
- • Relevant content: Video should show the suspicious behavior
- • Clear evidence: Make sure the cheating is visible in the footage
Important Limitations
One Report Per Player
You can only submit one report per player. This prevents spam and maintains database integrity.
- • If you encounter the same cheater again, you cannot submit another report
- • Make sure your first report is comprehensive and detailed
- • You can update your existing report by contacting support
- • Other users can still report the same player independently
No Official Action
Remember that TrustFactor reports do not result in game bans. This is a community database only.

Best Practices
Do This
- •Observe behavior for multiple rounds before reporting
- •Be specific about what you observed

Avoid This
- •Reporting players just because they're skilled
- •Making reports based on single lucky shots
- •Using offensive or toxic language
- •Reporting out of frustration or anger
- •Submitting vague or empty comments
- •Sharing personal information about players
Identifying Cheating Behavior
Not sure if someone is cheating? Here are common signs to look for:
Aimbot Signs
- • Robotic, snappy aim movements
- • Impossible flick shots
- • Perfect recoil control
- • Consistent headshot percentage
- • Aim locks onto enemies through walls
Wallhack Signs
- • Pre-aiming common angles
- • Tracking enemies through walls
- • Perfect timing on peeks
- • Impossible game sense
- • Never checking common spots
Other Cheats
- • Spinbot (obvious spinning)
- • Speed hacks (moving too fast)
- • Bhop scripts (perfect bunnyhopping)
- • Trigger bot (instant shooting)
- • No recoil/spread hacks
Pro Tip
Watch the suspected player for at least 5-10 rounds before making a judgment. Some players have good days or are genuinely skilled. Look for patterns and consistency in suspicious behavior.
